I used to hoard ideas for some imagined future where I'd have time to do them justice.
That future never arrived. So I stopped waiting and started building. This site is the result.
Projects that became obsessions. Rabbit holes worth falling into. Stories that refused to stay in my head.
You'll find literary analysis, fiction projects, hyperfixations turned into essays. Some will bore you. Some might not.
This is a collection, not a thesis. If my name were Alexander, this would be my library.
Why the name?
Part of me just loves to laugh and part of me looked around at this hyper online, hyper sexualized modern world and decided the only way to survive it was to name it something that winks back.
That is why this lives under the banner OnlyFangirling.
Because… we are only fangirling about hyperfixations (✿◕‿◕)♡
Obsessions, spirals, deep dives, the good kind of brain rot. Nothing more. Nothing less. (≧◡≦) ♡
I am not good at taking photographs, so I credit, adapt, and work with the tools of the moment. Where that leads is still unfolding.
