You can add cues with exact time markers (like 00:02:30) or trigger them by specific words typed during the session, with a visual flash when it’s time to act.
The app includes checkboxes to mark cues as completed or missed, a way to log timestamps with notes during the session, and a right‑side panel for general notes (with optional timestamps) for mental preparation and reflection.
After each session, you can generate a full report that collects all cues, timestamps, and notes, then copy it to your clipboard or export it as CSV/Excel in one click.
