Prime Philosophy: February 2026 wrap up
February is very much a wrap-up month. Somehow it passed incredibly quickly, and I still owed myself a proper reflection on it.
In the Prime Rhythm system February is still part of the creation phase. The goal is to keep the momentum going after the initial surge of January.
And in that sense, February delivered. It turned into a month of making things.
A Month of Creation
A large part of February went into designing new items for my web shop.
Some of these designs are based on my own artistic ideas. Others lean into something I enjoy a lot more than I expected. Funny philosopher cartoons and memes.
There is something oddly satisfying about turning philosophy into visual jokes, and I have been having a great time experimenting with that format.
Alongside that I also began sketching the early concepts for a few small games.
At this stage it is mostly about setting things up and drawing out the design ideas. Nothing is finalized yet, but the foundation is there.
A Small Decision Tool
Another project that took shape this month is a small program that will eventually be available in my digital shop.
The idea is intentionally simple. It is essentially a streamlined pros and cons list. But instead of just writing points down, you can attach comments to each item and personalize how much weight each argument carries.
Every pro and every con can be valued differently depending on how important it is to you.
Behind the scenes the program then runs a few simple algorithms and offers advice based on the structure of your list. In other words, it helps you see where your decision is leaning.|
You will also be able to adjust the overall strategy. For example, you can choose a more conservative setting that minimizes risk, or shift the curve toward a more exploratory outcome.
It is still in development and not live yet. March will probably be the phase where I start flushing this idea out and expanding it.
Finishing a Book
February’s creation phase also ended with something I am very excited about. I finished a new book for Amazon.
The topic is Formula One, which has quietly become one of my favorite analytical rabbit holes. Motorsport combines engineering, strategy, and personality in a way that is endlessly interesting to write about.
And as I am writing this now, we are already almost a week into March.Which means the next phase of the Prime Rhythm cycle has already begun.
